We have to explain to European citizens that labour migration is good for all of us. It generates economic growth and creates jobs. For every new migrant worker there is a new salary that results in new expenditures and investments. That is what keeps the economic motor going.
Bulgarians can now work everywhere in Europe and we all benefit from it. The European Union needs hardworking people no matter where they come from within its borders.
In the next legislature we should aim to further eliminate barriers that are now limiting free labour movement and ambitious entrepreneurship to create a healthier and fairer economy.
